My
work began as a massage therapist in 1977. Since that time, I have
relieved debilitating symptoms of back, neck, shoulder pain, stress and
anxiety in thousands of people.
My approach to massage is an eclectic, time-tested mix
of neuromuscular, myofacial, manual traction and passive stretching
techniques. Swedish plays an important part in improving circulation
and eliminating stress. Many people are concerned about the amount
of pressure used in deep tissue and stretching techniques.
Pressure should not override the sensitivity of the patient. Years
of experience have taught me to WORK WITH...NOT ON my patients |
